|A native of Newfoundland, Carolyn Morris is a multi faceted dance artist. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science from Memorial University, Carolyn moved to Toronto to further herself as an artist through the Dance Performance Studies Program at George Brown College.
As part of her professional experience, she has choreographed for Dine and Dance 2015, Fresh Blood, Blueprint: an evening of emerging dance works, Company B, Carousel Dance Centre, Guelph Dance Festival a part of Youth Moves and George Brown Ensemble as well as being the dance department’s ensemble coordinator. She has held several full time teaching positions, also teaching workshops in high schools in the GTA.
Carolyn is the General Managing for a flourishing organization for emerging artists, New Blue Emerging Dance. Most recently she has returned to her hometown to continue her artistic research.
