Expressive use of ports de bras will be encouraged along with an introduction to ballet mime and gestures. Requirements for point work will be discussed including the necessary posture and strength required for careful training. Foot and lower leg exercises using the exercise band will be introduced. The class focuses on developing correct technique while encouraging a broad and generous sense of movement.
