Discofox Workshop: Friday April 26 6:30-7:30 pm FREE

Looking to try a fun new dance? We are offering Discofox for the first time ever! Similar to hustle, Discofox is a partner dance that can also be compared to bachata and is danced to majority of pop music! Discofox is a relatively new style that is sometimes referred to as the ‘one, two, step’ dance. This is an intro class so no experience necessary!

Zen Meditation: Saturday April 27, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm FREE

The Eastern Sun Sangha extends an invitation to our regular practice for International Dance Day. This practice follows a zen style, beginning with a tea service followed by chanting, sitting and walking meditation. Connecting to the body through these forms brings us to the present moment and fundamentals of human experience and expression.
